A New Hair Color Maybe

Hey everyone!

I have had such a busy week so far and it's only Tuesday!! Sheesh!

I am so happy because the humidity has calmed down a bit. Today was absolutely gorgeous out. Puppy and I could actually go for a nice walk in the sunshine without him panting like crazy for water. BF and I have been keeping him indoors and walking him in the evening because it's been insanely humid and hot out.

So.. I have been thinking long and hard about my hair. I absolutely LOVE being blonde, but I am soooooo hating the brassiness that comes along with it. I just got my hair done not too long ago... trust me.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it, but I hate that I go through so much blue shampoo just to keep the brassiness down. Not to mention, the blue shampoo that actually works on me... dries my hair out like no tomorrow!!! I have to limit how much I use because it's really drying. I am really trying to just use my sulphate-free shampoos, but then my blonde goes brassy again...sucks!

Naturally, I would say that I'm a dark blonde, light brown. I don't think I would say I'm any darker than that. I have been putting darker lowlights through my hair lately to break up the blonde. I have been getting them blended throughout my hair which I am really really loving galore. I have to admit, that I am really liking the darker pieces. I am almost thinking about taking a little leap and going a bit darker, or maybe a lot darker. I'm not sure, what do you all think?

BF likes me blonde, but I'm not just going to stay that way because he likes it. He will have to love me no matter what....LOL

Here are some hair colors and looks that I really like. Do you think any of these would suit me? Right now, I'm pretty white-ish blonde with lowlights throughout.

Carmen Electra (1st pic) and Lauren Conrade (2nd pic), are sporting the more Ombre look. It's still pretty blonde, but just at the ends. I love this look, but that would mean that keeping it really blonde on my ends would maybe be too damaging?

I love Alessandra Ambrosio's hair. I have always wanted to do my hair like hers, in terms of color. I love how it's dark, but there are still skinny blonde pieces blended throughout her hair so it looks more natural. I'm really leaning towards this color, but it will be a lot darker than I'm used to.

I really like Ashley Simpson's hair here. It would look super awesome with a tan. I really like the color, but do you think it would fade too reddish-y?

I like Ashley Tisdale's look here, maybe with less highlights, but it's super cute.

Again, this is more of an Ombre look, probably like the 1st pic, since it's Carmen Electra, but I feel like the darker color is more ash-y, which I love.

Again, this is more of a darker blonde color. I really love the highlights and lowlights blended together so naturally.

Now.. my hair isn't this dark naturally but I really love the richness of this color. I don't really love reddish colors on me, although they look amazing on lots of people. If I'm going to go dark, then I want it to be "rich" in color. What do you all think? Would this totally wash me out?

In 2004, instead of the annual fashion show, the Angels (Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum, Gisele Bündchen, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio) did an Angels Across America Tour, a grassroots campaign for the brand visiting four major cities: New York City, Miami, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.

From 2002 through 2005, it was held at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City. The 2004 show was canceled due to a widespread crackdown on perceived indecency in broadcasting stemming from the Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show controversy, in which Jackson encountered a breast-revealing "wardrobe malfunction". Before the 2005 show, Banks announced her retirement from modeling and embarkation on a television career with The Tyra Banks Show, making the 2005 show a farewell to her decade of fashion shows for the company. In 2001, the show, which was hosted by Rupert Everett, returned to the New York City but at Bryant Park instead of the Plaza. That year, the show made its broadcast debut on ABC, drawing millions of viewers as well as some middle-brow controversy; the Federal Communications Commission received many complaints about the broadcast every year. The show has continued to be broadcast on network television every year since.

In 1999, during Super Bowl XXXIII, Victoria's Secret announced a 72-hour countdown to the Internet webcast of the Victoria's Secret fashion show, which resulted in over 2 million internet viewers of the show. Parent company Intimate Brands bought a $1.5 million ($2 million today) 30-second television advertisement during the Super Bowl broadcast and spent an additional $4 million ($5.3 million) for subsequent international newspaper advertisements to publicize the event. The show, which was aired by Broadcast.com, featured Tyra Banks, Laetitia Casta, Heidi Klum, Karen Mulder, Daniela Pestova, Inés Rivero, and Seymour. In 1999 and 2000, the show was broadcast live on the internet, but the 2000 show was moved for a year from the usual February event at the Plaza to a May event in concert with the Cannes Film Festival in France to raise money for the Cinema Against AIDS charity; it raised $3.5 million.

American network television broadcasts the show during prime time. The first few shows in the 1990s were held in the days preceding Valentine's Day to promote the brand for this holiday. They were not aired on national television. In 1999 and 2000 the show was webcast. Beginning in 2001, the shows were moved ahead of the Christmas holiday season. Also in 2001, the show made its network television broadcast on ABC, though in all subsequent years, it has been broadcast on CBS. The show has been held at a variety of locations in different cities including Miami, Los Angeles, and Cannes. The first four shows were held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City, but since it has become a televised event it has most often been held at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City.

celebrity hair color trends 2011

Bling Strands are reminiscent of the tinsel that hangs really make things pop. Bling Strands run there are reds, blues, yellows, and all sorts of colors worked into the strands to reusable.

If that seems to expensive, go ghetto each which can get pricy, but just three or four can really jazz things up and they are and spray on some hair spray and then dust on some shimmer powder. It doesnt look as good, but it still creates a new look.
